FSA Properties are a building and a project management company operating from and in Chiswick, London W4 and surrounding areas. Our aim is to guide you through your building project with the minimum of fuss.

The company was established in 2007 after recognising a need, whilst dealing with our own projects. Since then we have grown a successful business managing renovations and extensions for our clients. By providing a single point of contact throughout the build, we liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that, not only are your plans brought in on time, but within budget and without stress.

We charge a small percentage fee based on the work undertaken but not the fixtures and fittings. We work closely with a number of local building firms – all of whom are tried and tested and part of our regular team and we are confident that the relationship we have will mean that your costs will still be extremely competitive. We provide three, no-obligation quotations for each project and help you chose the one that will be most suitable.

Furthermore, as a thank you for your business, we like to pass on the trade discounts we have negotiated with several leading suppliers of bathrooms, kitchens, furniture and fixtures and fittings companies, which we know will add great value to your project.
